Known as the "Niagara of India," a dramatic set of waterfalls on the Kaveri River at the Tamil Nadu-Karnataka border.

How to Get There

Drive via NH44 to Krishnagiri, then take the state highway through Dharmapuri to Hogenakkal. Government buses run from Koyambedu to Dharmapuri, with connecting buses to Hogenakkal. The route passes through scenic rocky terrain in the last stretch.

  • The road from Dharmapuri is narrow, so drive carefully
