Blue Line
Wimco Nagar Depot ↔ Chennai Airport
The Blue Line (Corridor 1) is Chennai Metro's longest line, running 45.1 km with 26 stations from Wimco Nagar Depot in north Chennai through the coastal corridor past Tiruvottiyur, Washermanpet, and High Court, then through Central Metro to the southern stretch via Government Estate, Thousand Lights, Teynampet, Nandanam, Guindy, and Alandur before reaching Chennai Airport. Central Metro and Alandur serve as interchange stations with the Green Line.

Central Metro ↔ St. Thomas Mount
The Green Line (Corridor 2) runs 22 km with 17 stations from Central Metro westward through Egmore, Kilpauk, and Shenoy Nagar to Anna Nagar, then south through Thirumangalam, Koyambedu, CMBT, Arumbakkam, Vadapalani, and Ashok Nagar to Alandur and St. Thomas Mount. It connects the northern business district to the western residential belt and the Guindy industrial corridor. Central Metro and Alandur serve as interchange stations with the Blue Line.
